Respon psikologis pada perempuan pasca keguguran

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Kehamilan merupakan sesuatu yang sangat didambakan pada perempuan setelah menikah namun sebagian dari mereka mengalami kehamilan yang berujung keguguran.Keguguran ini berdampak pada kondisi psikologis. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengggali respon psikologis perempuan pasca keguguran. Metode:Metodeyang digunakan, yaitu kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Partisipan berjumlah 10 perempuan melaluiwawancara mendalam dengan pertanyaan semi terstruktur.Hasil diolah menurut langkah-langkah dari Colaizzi.Hasil: Ditemukan respon psikologis perempuan pasca keguguran,yaitu kesedihan kehilangan janin,merasa gagal menjadi orang tua, menyesal, ketakutan tidak bisa hamil lagi. Sebagian kehamilan pada perempuan dapat mengalami keguguran spontan yang memiliki dampak pada kondisi psikologis. Simpulan:Perawat mempunyai peran yang penting dalam upaya membantu perempuan yang mengalami keguguran spontan agar respon psikologis yang muncul sebagai dampak dari kehilangan janin tidak berlanjut menjadi respon kesedihan yang memanjang,sehingga dapat mengakibatkan perempuan jatuh pada kondisi yang lebih terpuruk, seperti ibu terus menerus menyalahkan diri sendiri, merasa tidak bergairah menghadapi hidup, merasa tidak percaya diri dapat menjadi seorang ibu dimasa yang akan datang dan depresi.
