Kebutuhan pasien COVID-19 selama isolasi mandiri: Literature Review
Abstract
Pendahuluan: Isolasi mandiri merupakan salah satu metode yang digunakan untuk mengendalikan penyebaran SARS-CoV-2 sebagai penyebab pandemi COVID-19. Tujuan dari literature reviewini adalah merangkum hasil penelitian sebelumnya yang memberikan gambaran tentang kondisi dan kebutuhan penderita COVID-19 yang menjalani isolasi mandiri. Metode: Literature reviewini menggunakan teknik naratif, meringkas atau mensintesis apa yang telah ditulis tetapi tidak mencari generalisasi. Pencarian artikel dilakukan pada empat database: Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, dan Google Scholar. Hasil: Hasil analisis dijabarkan ke dalam lima tema tentang kebutuhan penderita COVID-19 yang melakukan isolasi mandiri. Kelima kebutuhan tersebut adalah kebutuhan biologis, psikologis, sosial, spiritual, dan budaya. Simpulan: Isolasi mandiri mempengaruhi hampir semua aspek kehidupan manusia. Semua kebutuhan orang dengan COVID-19 yang sedang menjalani isolasi mandiriperlu diperhatikan.
