Faktor risiko dalam mencegah infeksi Covid-19 berdasarkan perilaku promosi kesehatan: Tinjauan sistematis

Abstract


Pendahuluan:Rendahnya kepatuhan petugas kesehatan dalam melaksanakan protokol kesehatan menimbulkan risiko bagi pasien dan petugas kesehatan. Kesadaran petugas kesehatan menggunakan APD masih rendah. Tujuan studi adalah mengidentifikasi faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi perilaku promosi kesehatan bagi perawat dalam mencegah infeksi Covid-19.Metode:Penelusuran sistematis review dilakukan pada 2 tahun terakhir publikasi penelitian menggunakan lima database elektronik. Kombinasi kata kunci yang digunakan adalah “nurseâ€, “health promotion behaviorâ€, “adherenceâ€, “Covid-19â€. Kriteria inklusi adalah populasi perawat, dan intervensinya adalah promosi kesehatan. Penilaian kritis Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI)cross-sectional digunakan untuk menilai bias dan kualitas metodologi penelitian.Hasil: Sebanyak 10 artikel dimasukkan dan semuanya merupakan faktor risiko yang mempengaruhi perilaku promosi kesehatan dalam mencegah infeksi Covid-19, meliputi: cuci tangan, memakai APD, menjaga jarak, meningkatkan KAP (Knowledge, Attitude, Practice).Simpulan:Pencegahan infeksi covid-19 dapat dilakukan dengan perilaku perawat dalam mematuhi protokol kesehatan melalui promosi kesehatan.
