HONEST AND FAIR GENERAL ELECTIONS TO ORGANIZE THE LAW

Abstract

The general election serves to elect the President and Vice President, the House of Representatives, the Regional Representative Council, the Provincial, Regency/City Regional Representative Council which has the capacity. If the 2019 general election cannot elect the President and Vice President, the House of Representatives, the Regional Representative Council, the Provincial, Regency/City People's Legislative Assembly which has the capacity, this will have a negative impact on the people and the country. Therefore, the 2019 general election is important for the people of Indonesia to be able to elect the President and Vice President, the House of Representatives, the Regional Representative Council, the Provincial, Regency/City People's Representatives Council who have the capacity. If the general election can elect the President and Deputy President, the House of Representatives, the Regional Representative Council, the Provincial, Regency/City People's Representative Council which has the capacity there will be a correct legal arrangement. The law will be arranged properly because those who make the law are people's representatives and the government. But the conditions for obtaining the President and Vice President, the House of Representatives, the Regional Representative Council, the Provincial, Regency/City People's Legislative Assembly that have competence will be realized if there are honest and fair elections.
