Perubahan fungsi seksual pada perempuan dengan Kanker Payudara

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Kanker payudara merupakan kanker dengan prevalensi tertinggi di Indonesia. Pengobatan kanker payudara dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan multimodal sesuai dengan tingkat stadium, penerimaan, dan toleransi pasien. Pasien yang menerima terapi akan mengalami perubahan fungsi seksual. Seksualitas merupakan bagian kebutuhan dasar manuasia yang harus dipenuhi. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendiskripsikan prubahan disfungsi seksual pada perempuan dengan kanker payudara. Metode:Penelitian diskriptif dengan jumlah responden 101 yang diambil dengan teknik purposive samplingdan memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi yang telah peneliti tentukan. Hasil:Ada 82 perempuan dengan kanker payudara mengalami disfungsi seksual. Simpulan: Seksuallitals merupakan bagian penting dalam kebutuhan dasar manusia, khususnya perempuan dengan kanker payudara. Perawatan secara berkesinambungan dan komprehensif sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup perempuan dengan kanker payudara terutama dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan seksualitas.
