Author Guidelines
The editors of EduLite: Journal of English Education, Literature and Culture welcome article submissions in accordance with the following guidelines:
- Articles must comprise Title, Abstract, Introduction, Methods, Results and Discussion, Conclusion, Author Statement, Acknowledgment, and References.
Introduction states the objectives of the study and provides an adequate background, avoiding a detailed literature survey or a summary of the results. Explicitly state the gap in the literature, which signifies the significance of your research.
Methods explains the rationale for the application of specific approaches, methods, procedures or techniques used to identify, select, and analyze information applied to understand the research problem/project, thereby, allowing the readers to critically evaluate your project/study's overall validity and reliability (except the qualitative study).
Results and Discussion interpret and describe the significance of your findings in light of what was already known about the issues being investigated, and to explain any new understanding or insights about the problem after you have taken the findings into consideration. It should connect with the introduction by way of the research questions or hypotheses you posed and the literature you reviewed, but it does not simply repeat or rearrange the introduction; this section should always explain how your study has moved the reader's understanding of the research problem forward from where you left them at the end of the introduction. The research findings in the form of research data are further discussed or critically interpreted with particular relevant theoretical approach. Data can also be supported with the presentation of tables, images, etc.
The conclusion is intended to answer the research problems or purposes. It helps the readers understand why your research should matter to them after they have finished reading the paper. It is not just a summary of the main topics covered or a re-statement of your research problem, but a synthesis of key points and, if applicable, where you recommend new areas for future research. Author Statement contains the author statement outlining their individual contributions to the paper using the relevant CRediT roles: Conceptualization; Data curation; Formal analysis; Funding acquisition; Investigation; Methodology; Project administration; Resources; Software; Supervision; Validation; Visualization; Roles/Writing - original draft; Writing - review & editing. Authorship statements should be formatted with the names of authors first and CRediT role(s) following. More details and an example.

There should be at least 25 references appear at the end of the article and includes only literatures actually cited in the manuscripts. At least 80% of the references are supposed to be from articles of national or international reputable journals and not more than the last ten years. References are ordered alphabetically and chronologically.
- Articles are written in English using academic language along with standard academic writing structure and composition. They are typed 1.0 spaced in a quarto paper size (A4) and in Bookman Old Style font 11pt, between 8-20 pages in length excluding abstract andreferences. The page margines are 4 cm (top), 3 cm (left), 3 cm (right), and 3 cm (bottom).
- Articles have not been published or accepted for any publication, or are being considered for publication elsewhere.
