Apart from that, nowadays technology is increasing sophisticated and developing which makes human work easier. The purpose of this research is to examine the online marriage contract law that is currently happening. This study uses a qualitative research method with the type of library research by tracing references in the form of journals, articles, and books related to the main theme of online marriage contracts. Scholars and fiqh experts have provided arguments about whether or not marriage is legal using an online contract.
