Ulul Albab: Jurnal Studi dan Penelitian Hukum Islam is a biannual scientific journal published by the Department of Sharia, Universitas Islam Sultan Agung, Indonesia. This journal focuses on exploring and disseminating how Islamic law discourse transforms and addresses the challenges of modern-era problems while maintaining the theoretical approach of Islamic Jurisprudence (Fiqh), both classical and contemporary. Researchers, academicians, and legal practitioners are welcome to submit their articles to Ulul Albab Journal, whether in qualitative or quantitative research. The scope of this journal emphasizes research based on Islamic law with its relevance to discourse in the fields of social, cultural, religious, human rights, political, sociological, psychological, economic, and philosophical studies.
Ulul Albab: Jurnal Studi dan Penelitian Hukum Islam has been accredited by the National Journal Accreditation (ARJUNA) managed by the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia with a Second Grade (Sinta 2) accreditation from 2019 to 2024, according to the decree issued on September 26, 2019, No. SK. 28/E/KTP/2019.This journal has become a CrossRef Member, therefore, all articles published by ULUL ALBAB: Jurnal Studi dan Penelitian Hukum Islam will have unique DOI number.

Dear Professor and Researcher,
We invite you to submit your manuscript to Ulul Albab: Jurnal Studi dan Penelitian Hukum Islam. The editorial board welcomes complete, unpublished, and original works that focus on critical studies of Islamic Law. Topics of interest include contemporary issues in social, political, economic, cultural, legal, financial matters, Islamic philanthropy, comparative law, and other topics approached from an Islamic Law (Sharia) perspective.
Papers should be written in professional English, with a preferred length of 5,500 to 9,500 words. All manuscripts must be prepared in MS Word format and submitted online via the following link: http://jurnal.unissula.ac.id/index.php/ua
