In the view of Islamic law, a nursing home is a form of an ungrateful person for his love for his parents (lawless), but it seems that if children gather with their parents, let alone children gather with their parents with their families, it is easy for conflicts to arise between families. Finally, with the hope of leaving parents in a nursing home, it is hoped that they will avoid conflicts with their families and parents, besides the reason for the freedom to meet/reunion with people his/her age, do activities together, and enjoy a picnic with their families.  This reason causes children who still have parents to leave them in a nursing home. The method in this writing uses normative juridical, namely the law of a child who entrusts his parents to a nursing home in order to avoid conflict based on maqa>s}id as-shari>'ah as a tool for using Islamic law. Therefore, children who are considered disobedient because they leave their parents in a nursing home as a solution, even the embodiment of God's will.
