Model intervensi pada pasien Tuberkulosis untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan: A systematic review

Abstract


Pendahuluan: Tuberkulosis adalah penyakit menular kronis yang pengobatannya biasanya memakan waktu setidaknya setengah tahun, membuat pasien rentan terhadap penghentian pengobatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis model intervensi untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan pada pasien tuberkulosis. Metode: Sejumlah enam database yang digunakan antara lain Scopus, Proquest, PUBMED, SAGE, EBSCO/CINAHL, dan Science Direct, dengan kata kunci “tuberkulosisâ€, “tuberkulosis paruâ€, “TBâ€, “manajemenâ€, “intervensiâ€, “kontrol†dan "kepatuhan". Penelusuran jurnal dibatasi pada 2016-2021, bahasa Inggris, dan jurnal artikel. Kami mengidentifikasi 188.726 artikel di mana 12 secara sistematis relevan dengan ulasan ini. Hasil: Model intervensi dibagi menjadi tiga kategori intervensi. Intervensi tersebut meliputi telehealth dan intervensi konvensional. Intervensi bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kepatuhan, kontrol, pengobatan, dan manajemen diri. Simpulan: Model intervensi yang paling direkomendasikan untuk pasien tuberkulosis adalah hipnosis dan model Health Action Process Approach (HAPA). Studi ini menekankan perlunya penelitian lebih lanjut tentang upaya peningkatan kepatuhan pasien tuberkulosis.
