The Role of Intrinsic Motivation and Affective Commitment on Human Resource Performance

Abstract


Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of intrinsic motivation and affective commitment on human resource performance. The type of research related to this is "explanatory research" with the determination of the number of samples (sample size) using a census. Respondents for this study were 80 respondents from a total of 82 ASN at the Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service Office and the Population and Civil Registration Office of West Kotawaringin Regency. Data analysis using smart PLS 4.0. The results of this study are that all hypotheses that are built can be accepted significantly. The managerial implications with intrinsic motivation as an achievement indicator, should improve achievement by participating in training, seminars, training and workshops. intrinsic motivation as an achievement indicator, should improve achievement by participating in training, seminars, training and workshops.
