THE INFLUENCE OF TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP And ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE (CASE STUDY AT RANDULAWANG COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER, BLORA)
Abstract
Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and organizational culture on employee performance at the Randulawang Blora Health Center. The population in this study were all employees of the Randulawang Blora Health Center totaling 60 people. The sampling technique used the census method with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that transformational leadership and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.732 indicates that 73.2% of employee performance variation can be explained by transformational leadership and organizational culture variables, while the remaining 26.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study. This study provides practical implications for the Randulawang Blora Health Center to improve employee performance through the application of transformational leadership style and the formation of a strong organizational culture.
