THE EFFECT OF REMUNERATION, COMPETENCE AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE AT BLUD COMMUNITY HEALTH CENTER IN BLORA
Abstract
Abstract. The purpose of this study was to test and analyze how Remuneration, Competence and Job Satisfaction influence employee performance. The population in this study were employees of BLUD Health Centers in Blora Regency. The number of samples taken from the population was 259 respondents determined using the purposive sampling method and the Slovin method formula. The data analysis method used was quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression analysis to determine the value and nature of the influence of the variables studied. With the results there is a positive influence of remuneration on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of remuneration on performance, there is a positive influence of competency on job satisfaction, there is a positive influence of competency on performance, there is a positive influence of job satisfaction on performance. And the results of the Sobel test show that job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of remuneration on performance, but job satisfaction is not able to mediate the influence of competency on employee performance.
