THE ROLE OF COMPETENCE ON HUMAN RESOURCE PERFORMANCE BASED ON CHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION
Abstract
Abstract. This study aims to analyze the influence of achievement motivation and competence on the performance of human resources in sub-district organizations in West Kotawaringin Regency. The respondents of this study were civil servants in the District of West Kotawaringin Regency. With data collection through questionnaires directly and independently by 87 civil servants who have served as government officials with various disciplinary backgrounds. The research analysis method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis technique which is run with the Smart-PLS 3.2.9 program. The results of the hypothesis test with Smart-PLS 3.2.9 obtained show that: achievement motivation has a very significant positive effect on HR performance, competence has a very positive and significant effect on HR performance, achievement motivation has a very positive and very significant effect on competence.
