Abstract


Abstract. This thesis is intended to identify how the influence of knowledge conversion on employee performance, knowledge application on employee performance, Islamic leadership style on employee performance, organizational commitment on employee performance and the influence of knowledge conversion, knowledge application, Islamic leadership style on employee performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable. The population in this study were employees of PT. KPJB with permanent and non-permanent employment status. The sample studied in this study amounted to 102 respondents who were determined through the Maximum Likelihood (ML) estimation method with purposive sampling. Analysis of research data using SMART - PLS software with the partial least square method, the results of the study showed that knowledge conversion did not affect organizational commitment but had a positive effect on employee performance, knowledge application affected organizational commitment and employee performance while Islamic leadership style did not affect organizational commitment and employee performance. Organizational commitment as an intervening variable affects employee performance.
