THE EFFECT OF TRAINING QUALITY ON SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE AND ITS IMPACT ON HUMAN RESOURCE PERFORMANCE

Abstract


Abstract. In today's digital era, every company or organization needs human resources who understand technology and are skilled in doing a job. This is what demands someone to be able to increase their capacity and expertise in order to compete with others. This condition encourages village assistants to be more independent in making breakthroughs in increasing capacity so that they are able to provide good assistance in overseeing program activities and can show maximum output in working. One important element in assisting and overseeing a program is performance. One of the factors that influences performance is skills and knowledge and training. This study uses an explanatory research method to test the proposed hypothesis, so it is expected that this study can explain the relationship and influence between the independent and dependent variables in the hypothesis. Data collection was carried out through the distribution of questionnaires since May 2024 in Kendal Regency, Central Java Province and has resulted in data collection of 111 respondents as subjects of this study. The results of hypothesis testing using SmartPLS show that the training program has a significant effect on employee knowledge and skills in Kendal Regency, Central Java Province and the knowledge and skills variables have a significant positive impact on performance at TPP in Kendal Regency, Central Java Province.
