Literatur Review: Pengaruh Smartphone Addiction Terhadap Psychological Well-Being

Abstract


Banyaknya manfaat yang ditawarkan dari penggunaan smartphone beriringan dengan berbagai masalah yang ditimbulkan, salah satunya masalah smartphone addiction (adiksi ponsel cerdas) dan dampaknya pada psychological well-being (kesejahteraan psikologis). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh smartphone addiction terhadap psychological well-being. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review menggunakan pedoman PRISMA (Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses) dengan menelusuri penelitian-penelitian terdahulu yang berkaitan dengan topik penelitian. Pencarian artikel dilakukan melalui database Sciencedirect, SAGE Journals, Wiley Online Library, SpringerLink, dan Taylor & Francis Online dengan memperhatikan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi tertentu. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa smartphone addiction berkaitan dengan depresi, stres, kecemasan, pemikiran bunuh diri, ADHD, hubungan sebaya yang negatif, dan gangguan sosial-emosional. Selain itu, temuan mengenai prevalensi smartphone addiction dan gangguan psikologis serta mediator hubungan-hubungan yang berkaitan dengan smartphone addiction dan psychological well-being telah dijabarkan pada kajian ini.
