Living Law as Reform in Criminal Law
Abstract
This article discusses and presents perspectives on the law that lives in society in criminal law reform. namely, what is the position of the law that lives in society in the reform of criminal law seen from the perspective of legal theory. In this research, normative legal research is used, which is carried out using a statutory approach and analyzing legal concepts. This research is complete because it uses primary and secondary legal materials, uses literature study techniques to collect legal materials and analyze these legal materials using description and evaluation techniques. From the results of this research, the contribution of law that lives in society in reforming criminal law is theoretically strengthened.
