RARE CASE REPORT: OVARIAN CYST WITH SYMPTOMS SIMILAR TO ACUTE APPENDICITIS IN TEENAGER

Cases of acute appendicitis in children are emergencies that are often encountered, but are different from cases of torsion ovarian cysts. Two cases of acute appendicitis with ovarian cyst torsion, one patient under examination suspected acute appendicitis, but during the operation there was ovarian cyst torsion. Another case of a patient with torsion ovarian cyst, but during surgery had acute appendicitis. These two cases have the same complaints and symptoms, so the symptoms can overlap. Both patients underwent appendectomy and salpingo-oopherectomy surgery. Both of them left the hospital in good condition
