Organizational Climate, Work Enthusiasm and Satisfaction Teacher Work (Empirical Study in Elementary Schools in West Kotawaringin Regency)

Abstract


This study aims to explore strategies to improve elementary school teachers' job satisfaction through improving organizational climate and enthusiasm in West Kotawaringin Regency. The research method used is explanatory research which aims to understand the relationship between the variables studied, namely organizational climate, work enthusiasm, and teacher job satisfaction. The research sample consisted of 150 ASN elementary school teachers in West Kotawaringin Regency, selected through a non-probability sampling method with a Purposive Sampling approach. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the study indicate that organizational climate has a positive and significant impact on teacher job satisfaction, as well as teacher work enthusiasm. In addition, teacher work enthusiasm also has a significant influence on their job satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of paying attention to factors such as organizational climate and work enthusiasm in an effort to improve teacher job satisfaction in elementary school environments.
