Precision Work Culture and Work-Life Balance Supported By Intellectual Stimulation Leadership Style in Improving The Performance of Satlantas Ekswil Pati Personnel
Abstract
Abstract. This study aims to explore the role of Intellectual Stimulation leadership in facilitating Precision Work Culture and Work-Life Balance, and its impact on improving personnel performance in the Traffic Unit (Satlantas) of the Polres in the Former Pati Region. The target population was all Satlantas Polres personnel from Polres Jepara, Blora, Pati, Rembang, Kudus, and Grobogan, with a total of 591 personnel. The research sample consisted of 124 respondents selected from Satlantas Polres personnel in the region. The sampling method used non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. Data were collected through personal questionnaires with statement intervals from 1 to 5, covering the range from "Strongly Disagree" to "Strongly Agree". Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study indicate that Intellectual Stimulation leadership has a positive influence on Precision Work Culture, personnel work-life balance, and personnel performance. In addition, Precision Work Culture and Work-Life Balance also have a positive influence on the performance of Police personnel. The implications of this study highlight the importance of the role of intellectually stimulating leadership in creating a precision work culture and creating a balance between personnel's work and personal lives, which in turn improves their performance.
